Cleaning
Providing a “clean slate” for residents, owners and property managers is a source of pride for our staff and motivation for all our efforts. While being one of our primary services, maintaining the clean presentation of a building and its grounds also enable us to keep a vigil on the condition of the building and its services (Plumbing, Electrical, Irrigation etc.).
Cleaning service include: power sweeping, vaccumming, mopping and window cleaning
Gardening
Like cleaning, we take great pride in the tidy and beautiful presentation of the grounds and gardens we care for. Our supervisors possess an extensive horticultural understanding and, upon your corporations approval, are ready to activate their skills to deliver brilliant results.
Services include: mowing, trimming, hedging, weeding, fertilising and landscaping
Bin Service
If required, Broom supervisors can return to properties to place bins for refuse collection the day before we visit, or the day after to be returned to their designated storage area.
Electrical, Plumbing & Irrigation
Broom are not only dedicated to the orderly and clean presentation of your property, we also care for the condition of the properties plumbing, electrical and irrigation services.
Our supervisors are proficient in the maintenance and installation of residential irrigation systems. In case of plumbing or electrical breakdowns, we work with owners corporation managers to resolve any issues that may arise, and can even arrange one of our affiliate, qualified tradesmen to swiftly attend to the matter.
