In addition to supervisor’s feedback we welcome comment and suggestion from residents, owners and management through our 24 hour a day e-mail service. We answer all e-mails and act upon all pertinent concerns with efficiency and dedication.

Insurance & Work Safe
All Broom work is covered by public liability insurance for up to $10,000,000. In addition to this peace of mind for our clients, we incorporate in our day to day all relevant WorkSafe practices and hold current WorkCover insurance for the safety of our staff


Environmental Care
As the world comes to terms with the consequences of a warming planet, at Broom we choose to participate in a solution to one of the biggest challenges to confront mankind.
While we must use fossil fuel powered equipment and transport in order to provide an effective and efficient service, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint. We are currently studying the feasibility of incorporating electric vehicles and battery powered maintenance equipment for use in our day to day. We are excited about the prospect of providing a more environmentally friendly product for our clients, and to contribute to the safety of the planet’s future
