The services we contracted with Broom were for general maintenance of the building and its surrounds, specialized cleaning and general repairs, and general oversight of the building. Moreover, his relationship with each of the tenants was professional and amicable.

Finally, there are several matters of trust involved when a body corporate contracts with its caretaker. Simeon and Broom fully understood each of these issues and in all his conduct, respected these requirements, proving themselves completely trustworthy.
